The first time we ordered food it was off the chain! Today, OMG, it was a nightmare! They wanted to charge $6.00 for extra guacamole and sour cream on an order of nachos, smashed the order of tacos, and on the order of shrimp tostados they provided nothing but the shrimp and the tostada...none of the cabbage, onions, etc like the previous time. And when I called them to find out what happened, the lady who answered the phone acted like I was ruining her day, and informed me that the shrimp tostadas don't come with those toppings.
