Victoria's Secret — Local services in Los Angeles

First of all, maps took me all through the airport arrivals roundabout without even telling me it is INSIDE the airport. Then, I parked in airport parking (5$HR) got out and walked into the airport. Walking around where it was SAYING it should be searching, asking, but then where it actually WAS, was on the restricted 2nd floor area where you are only allowed if you have a boarding pass. I think that maps definitely should have said the store is in the building instead of "turn right... Turn right". Then I had to get all the way over left in airport traffic just to park. When I first searched for the store it would have been very informative if it told me that particular location is for ticketed passengers ONLY, I never would have went on that wild goose chase. I had a very unpleasant experience at Victoria's Secret in the duty free shop.

I paid the bill and asked the clerk if she could change five $20 bills into $100. She said she would if I had $100 bills.

But when she checked the money, she marked it with a pen. Then she said she couldn't do it because there were too many CCTV cameras.

I also saw that there was a $100 note in the calculator, so before writing on the money, you should have told them first that there was CCTV and that it was not possible to exchange it due to policy.

This shops system is screwed up. They have some panties 50% off but when you check out it reversed the 50% when combined with a 3 for $30 deal. The lady there at first said no it's correct and I had to insist on the easy math to replay it and proves the machine is broken. The lady is pretty bad at service but hey this is USA and I don't expect much. Happy I got it fixed by paying the 3 for 30 separately from the sale item but seriously Victoria secret your system is whacked and staff shouldn't be so defensive like she knows it all.
