Actually, this was a place that my wife spent time at. The people here are quite friendly and very helpful. I understand that this was the first Japanese temple built in the United States (California) back in 1920. They have all kinds of functions there which includes Zen aerobics and a class to make sushi among other things. They also have a group of martial artists ( Shorinji kempo) that practice there.
