Off the bat let me say how impressed I am with this company. I only ever review things shoddy enough to warrant me wasting my time in an attempt to spare others. Not the case here. I only needed $40 worth of shenanigans when met with the $100 minimum. Saw the banner for 10% off. The chick disease which equates spending to save kicked in and I easily found the other $60 so I ordered. All the little things make for great stocking stuffers for all my degen friends. Noticed a price discrepancy on the site. Customer service is on point. I messaged them and Alex shot me an email with it fixed same day. My dilemma. I had already ordered. I'd have to meet the minimum again. Well, I got my box today and I'm not missing a thing. The packaging is serious. Probably enough to withstand a disgruntled postal employee drop kicking the box from the truck onto my porch. Your glass is safe with these guys. Updates on the shipping are spot on. I just validated another $100. $40 for the things I missed the first time and of course justifying the rest as I needed $60 in prizes for my yearly adult easter egg hunt anyway. I know these guys are dealing with massive orders for brick and mortars out there but I appreciate taking time out for the nobodies as well. I had an order I waited on for 2wks from vapeinthebox. This place doesn’t want wholesale customers and should just say that!!!! I own a few small businesses and was on my way back from meeting a friend in little Tokyo when I saw this place. I thought, oh perfect I can just pick up what I need here instead of going over to Santee but NOPE! The man I interacted with was extremely rude from the second I walked in! He immediately harassed me over my wholesale license which I had and wouldn’t have even walked into this place if I didn’t because they had about 20 signs on the door that stated it is WHOLESALE ONLY contrary to the other reviews. After the man completely invaded my personal space, he snatched my phone out of my hand as if he didn’t believe I had possessed a resale permit…he scrutinized it way too hard looking for a problem then when there wasn’t one he handed me my phone back and grunted “ok but it’s a $200minimum”…LOL what a joke! This place is way over priced for wholesale and pennies below retail so after all that I walked out. Very weird business practice when you’re in the business of selling and have someone wanting to buy! I prefer to spend my money with businesses where I am treated with kindness and respect but I’ll never spend it with people like this. The absolute worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I ordered a package 10 days ago the company decided not to ship it until four days after I ordered it and now the ETA is still seven more days. I went back-and-forth via email and then received a phone call from a representative telling me that it was my fault because I picked shipping to an army base. Clearly my address was not an army base and your shipping department would’ve seen that. I then called in and was placed on hold for 15 minutes a representative who yelled and screamed at me named Michelle stated that I was rude to her employees and she was not going to give me the information I requested. I requested the name for an owner. I requested the name for supervisor. And she refused to give it. I asked her to overnight my product she refuse that as well. I have also asked them to credit my card. I asked for a confirmation number or email. She refused. She stated that she would send it when She will. And she would not allow me to stay on the phone. The phone call ended with her hanging up on me refusing again to give me the information...
