Disgraceful Staff, Zero Accountability – An Embarrassment of a Shoe Department
My visit to your store on June 15, 2025, around 4 PM was nothing short of pathetic. The shoe department was a joke — multiple attendants just standing around, chatting, leaning on shelves, blatantly ignoring customers like we were invisible.
When I finally asked one of them for help, he rolled his eyes like I’d just interrupted his break. That alone should’ve been enough to walk out — but I gave it one more shot. I asked for a specific pair of shoes. He disappeared without saying a word, came back empty-handed, and didn’t even bother to explain, apologize, or try to help. Just stood there oozing disinterest and disrespect.
This isn’t just bad service — it’s complete negligence. Your staff clearly doesn’t care about customers, let alone sales. I immediately walked out and bought the same shoes on Nike.com — cheaper, faster, and without the entitled attitude.
If your team is this allergic to basic customer service, they have no business being on the floor. Watching other interested buyers walk away because of the same careless behavior just confirms this isn’t a one-off.

Read moreVery Odd Experience- i was looking for a fairly specific multitool (think pocket knife with pliers). I had called the day before and confirmed that they had the brand and models I wanted. I went in today, walked up to their second floor, and could only find cheap options from a different manufacturer. I walked all the way back down stairs, found a staff member (turns out t be the same guy i spoke with the day before). He was friendly enough, offered to show me directly to... a weird strage room behind some displays for tennis equipment. When i asked why they were not on display, he replied, "These get stolen alot, so we hide them." The three options were all in boxes. I asked if he had any open i could look at; he said he preferred not to open them. I just picked the middle one, paid, and left. Got back to my office, opened the box, and took 30 seconds to realize i wanted a different option. So I will be returning this one anyway. Mixed bag experience. The people i did interact with were nice and quick to try to help, but some very odd business practices.
