I initially e-mailed the general manager but have yet to receive a response. I had an issue I experienced at the Breckenridge store on February 25, 2025. I ordered ahead online for a 6:15 PM pickup, but unfortunately, my experience was far from smooth.
When I arrived, I informed the cashier, whom I believe was the supervisor on duty (Jonna), that I was picking up my order under [my name]. I walked over to the pick-up counter and overheard the conversation between her and another employee that was on the grill, realizing that my order had mistakenly been given to DoorDash by the employee on the grill. While I understand that mistakes happen, what disappointed me most was the lack of an apology from either employee.
Jonna told me my order was being remade, and I waited until 6:32 PM to receive it. Since I was in a hurry for work, I quickly checked the bag and left, only to later realize that both sandwiches were incorrectāmissing toppings, seasonings, and one served on the wrong bread. When I called the store to address the issue, my call was initially hung up on. When I called again, I spoke to Jonna, who offered to remake my order or have me speak to a manager the next day. Since I was at work for a 12 hour night shift, I opted to come back for a corrected order.
Upon returning, Jonna personally remade my food, ensuring it was properly prepared. While I appreciate that effort, I was again not offered any apology for the inconvenience, multiple trips, or delays I experienced. While I did not expect any compensation, a simple acknowledgment of the situation would have gone a long way.
Iāve always enjoyed Penn Station, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve service in the future so that other customers donāt face the same frustrations.
Thank you for your time. I appreciate your attention to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst time visiting here and it will be my last time too. Should have known when I walked in another customer was complaining about their food. Stubborn me went on to order anyways. I paid $53 for my order that took them 25 min to make with only 1 customer in front of me.
While the guy was making my food the customer in front of me went to him and complained about her fries being hard and cold. The guy making the food got upset then walked off towards the back of the store and got on his phone and spoke with someone. I overheard him mention that he was upset because the fry machine was broke. When he returned to his food station he started to pull frozen fries from a freezer under the table. When he grabbed the fries out the back they spilled on the steam table and he got upset and starting throwing those fries on the floor. At this point I debated getting a return.
I will never visit this location again. My food was nasty and my...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWould have given negative rating if I could have, not worthy of any starsš” I was wondering why at 12:20 pm this restaurant was empty for lunch. It may have been the strange smell permeating the entranceš³ or could it have been the skimpiest sandwiches I've ever had at a Penn Station in my life𤯠My husband and I got two of the Monthly specials, his was medium special w/ham mine was the small special w/turkey. His sandwich had maybe 6 half slices of ham and mine had about 4 half slices of turkey, tasted more like mayonnaise and honey mustard sandwiches, definitely not worth $25.00š The medium drink lids didn't fit the cups, so no go refillsš®āšØ Saddest food experience ever at a Penn Stationš Later as my husband and I left the hobby shop next door we both noticed the strange smell again outside as a group of people and an employee was out front of the restaurant, just saying we won't be back to eat at this Penn Station...
