Madewell — Local services in Louisville

I love Madewell, but generally shop online, and use the store mainly for returns. My recent experience may change that! Everyone that works there has always been great, but on this occasion I had the pleasure of popping in during Ashley's shift. She could not have been more patient and helpful to me as I tried to make that ever daunting decision of WHAT JEANS LOOK BEST ON ME. I felt completely comfortable with her, almost like I was shopping with a friend, and never like she was just trying to make a sale. I'm usually annoyed with sales girls, (and guys) but...

I went to this store to buy pair of shoes. I waited for so long and then no one helped me to find my size so i asked one of the associate and besides helping me she suggested just look at the bottom of shoes and go find your box. I looked around there was 1000 boxes and I didn’t know which one is the right one so i left with no help. It’s so disappointing that I’ve always loved buying at Madewell and spend alot of money. I wish they would provide better customer service. I will never go back to this...

I’m a big fan of Madewell and continue to be with the quality of their products, amazing customer service and special discounts for their icon members. This store provides me such a great shopping experience. They’re always so kind, helpful and truly make a girl feel beautiful whenever I’m trying on a new item.
