This is one of the worst HomeGoods I've ever been to by far. Disrespectful staff. I usually come here like once every other month to source for material for my business. I've never had an issue before but tonight they treated me so horribly. Sometimes I'll return items and then repurchase it to get the new 30-day receipt. Sometimes most items take longer than 30 days to sell. They wouldn't let me repurchase any of my returns. I returned about 12ish items & I wanted to repurchase 2. I've been at this location about five or six times in the last year and they've never given me an issue before. I told them that & they're like I've never seen you here before what's the mangers name? Basically treated me like I was lying. The lady said we don't do that here take that somewhere else, I couldn't believe it. I travel all around Pennsylvania going to different HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, Marshalls & Ross & never have I had an issue repurchasing returns at any of these stores. I've been doing this for 2 & 1/2 years and this is a first. I know for a fact there are a lot of other resellers that go to this store. They literally had four on the shelf not including the one I wanted to repurchase. I don't know why you wouldn't try and get rid of the merchandise in the store, why keep it? I felt so judged disrespected and ridiculed. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had dealing with employees and it was three separate women. They kept saying, I know why he wants to do it, we don't allow that here, we don't do that here, take that somewhere else. One was a manager and two were regular employees. The manager said she was new and she never heard of that before but she'll ask the old manager when she is on next. I drove an hour to source at this store for them to tell me I could not buy the things I wanted, it was very depressing. I guess I won't be shopping...

I requested her can I talk to your manager. And manager came she is more disrespectful than her. She said after pay you can remove the sticker. When I said I already paid. Can you please wrape it and tell you employee she is not understanding it, may be she is new. That manager women started to say no one request to wrape it. We don’t have time for wrapping it. Read moreCame here with my sister-in-law. She was shopping in general during the Black Friday sales. I was not impressed with the selection or the actual amount of selections. It looks like if you don't shop here often don't expect to get anything you like. You might have to settle for whatever they show in stock. That I believe also applies to the everyday sale or items in general.
I don't know if I'd ever consider this a store for me. Sure they have a few guy type items or a miniature sized department for pets. But it just doesn't compete with specialized stores like PetSmart or even Amazon.
