Honestly, a bad experience. I wish I had returned the food and got a refund.
It was $36 for two people to eat some very subpar noodles that lacked any real flavor at all.
I ordered the pot stickers, and they weren't even real pot stickers. They're called that because the method of cooking browns and crisps the bottom of the dumplings on the bottom, sticking them to the pot, until steam releases them. However, these were colorless with just gooey bland dough.
The pesto and chicken pasta was EXTREMELY bland. The chicken looked like it came out of a can, it lacked any seasoning or color whatsoever.
The Japanese Pan Noodles were extremely undercooked, and drenched what seemed like nothing other than soy sauce. The menu said it included "marinated steak" but there were 4 small pieces of beef in the entire dish.
2/5 and not 1/5 because the staff were very friendly. Would not recommend, would not go back.
PS. Their paper straws were actually the best paper straws I...
Read moreHit or miss, but more often a miss than a hit. Whenever the food is good, it's usually when people I don't recognize are working. Common issues are uncooked cold vegetables thrown into “hot” dishes, dry noodles with no sauce, or watery flavorless sauce. I know the food can be good because I've had decent dishes from this location before. When I have brought a concern to the manager on duty, they don't seem to care. I kind of get the impression that they are annoyed that I expected my food not to be cold or flavorless.
Update: Dropping to one star. The owner pretended to care in the response below, but literally never responded when I followed their instructions to provide more details about my complaint. Went back again anyway recently and the food and service was even worse than the last time. Don’t waste your money. There are multiple restaurants in the same plaza with...
Read moreMy family and I stopped at this plaza to get food on a long trip to TN. Not everyone wanted to eat at Noodles & Co. we choose this location because the plaza had multiple food options. Justin, the GM, informed us that no outside food was allowed inside after I politely inquired. That was understandable. I noticed that there was an outside patio and headed there to share my meal with the rest of our family. We were informed that the outside patio was also the restaurant and no outside food was allowed. Honestly, we are talking about some metal chairs and tables attached to the side of a plaza food chain. It could be Starbucks, subway or Puddles& Cronies just a nice place to eat outside, why make it an issue. The place was empty and most likely will stay that way. Never was a fan of the greasy noddle joint, but will make it a point to stay away. Hope you enjoy your empty...
