Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Lower Paxton Township

I was very disappointed and frustrated with my experience at this location. I placed an online order at 12:30pm for a 1:00pm pick up and didn’t receive my food until 2:30pm. When my friend and I first arrived, our food wasn’t waiting on the pick up shelf. When we asked the employee about it, she was unfriendly and unhelpful (several other people waiting for pick up also experienced this). We patiently waited until 2pm and then asked about it again (now 1 hour after pick up time). At this point, another employee looked up our order in the system and printed a ticket for the mobile order station. We waited another 30 minutes (until 2:30) to receive our 2 orders of tacos. They still got my order wrong and the food was cold. They also didn’t have any vinaigrette dressing. At one point, we even got in line (only one employee was working the line) in order to get our food. Another customer who did the same thing and was witnessing our situation agreed that the employee should have made our order as soon as possible. This has been my worst Chipotle experience and I would avoid this location. We were traveling from Atlanta and stoped here to have a quick dinner, but stocked here forever since they didn’t have prepped ingredients and they told us to wait 2 minutes and all turned out in 30-40 minutes and all that time we have to wait in line to skip other customers. After, when ingredients was finally cooked personal couldn’t find clean tongs and spoons for it. And during all that time no one can step up and do something about to speed up the process, but instead all personal was moving to slow like nothing is happening!!! Soooo frustrated and loosing appetite we finally set at the table and after the first bite we founded out that all the food is over salted!!!! even guacamole on the side is highly over salted as well..... No “sorry” or nor “excuse me” we heard back in this situation. This is the fist time we went to chipotle with this kind of ugly service!! No one was friendly or smiling nor talking to us all the time at all! Manager on site supposed to oversee the process and react to any issues in proper manner and in time, but no one even want to fix the problem. I walked into the store and no one was in line. I go and stand by the counter and watched as a woman was restocking sodas and others were in the corner working on to go orders. No one acknowledged me (not even to say we will be right with you) for a few minutes, even though the women restocking was standing right in front of me with her back towards me (yet she knew I was there!) Finally, someone comes from the side and makes my order. (That person prepared the food well.) The woman restocking proceeds to ring me up and was confused while ringing me up. I had to walk her through how to ring up my order because she was trying to charge me double than what the actual amount should have been! Because I was helping her, I was not watching as my order was being bagged. I get home and none of the side orders I ordered were in my bag.
