Did not have the bacon, egg and cheddar sandwich and the lady opened the deli cooler, manhandled it and bodyslammed it into the garbage saying "we don't have this anymore!".
After ordering, we sat and watched the show. Our 1st drink came out swiftly and then the manager must have gotten news that the regional director or CEO was coming in for a surprise inspection because everyone started cleaning everything with a fervor.
A customer was told that they would be seen in a couple minutes while 3 staff were 2 yards away cleaning. And they did wait 2 full minutes before getting them assistance. When I asked if it had extra in it... the manager didn't even take 1 second to look me in the eyes and say yes. She just kept directing and cleaning.

It’s a little busy so we sit to wait for our drinks. Orders are being filled by a guy, and people are getting their orders okay up to this point. The lady and her grabby hands daughter behind us have no patience and take one of our drinks-the dude behind the counter didn’t call our name and just put it in front of the girl because they are hovering over the counter. The lady got offended when I said that was our drink with our name, she says we ordered that. No, our name was “Grace” on the drinks, and you made sure everyone knew it was your birthday —so happy birthday Ashley. The dude behind the counter thought it was funny or a joke or something. Call out the names instead of assuming they are next when there are other people waiting. And teach your grabby hands kid patience-and wait your turn like...
Read moreI went to this location cause it was always one to go to on my way home from shopping. Upon entering I was not greeted, It was a young man with a ponytail and a young girl as well, they where so busy engaging conversation with one another not having time to greet a customer walking in. I was very shocked that it was complete dead silence of no greeting to me as a recurring customer. I want shout out Jemma the barita that was wiping down the counter and she welcomed me with a warm embrace of a hi and how is your morning going so far and we engaged in a nice pleasant conversation 5 STARS to this team member, she felt the need to go above and beyond to interact with her customer. I also want to acknowledge Paul, allow he was one of the baristas that didn't greet me he was thankful over the phone that i called to get the team members name to shout them out. I would say to Paul to just work on better greeting a customer....
