After being a long time customer and successfully paying off many items from this company and particularly this store I am being ignored by the company after being delivered a defective TV which came out of the box defective. I have been trying to get the product either repaired or replaced. The company and the store are refusing to make it good and I have even called the headquarters of the company who are also ignoring me totally refusing to take my calls. The store says they don't know anything about nothing but have been to my home to photograph the back of the TV for the serial number. The store has the serial number on file for sure so I don't know why the employee came here for that purpose. After the visit I can no longer speak with ANYONE about the problem. Also since life happens they work with you and they will call you three times a day if youre late just to make sure you know that you are late paying. Also Jason does his best to fix any issues and make sure you get a great deal. With all being said Jason, Edward, and Cody are some of the greatest people in the world they always treat you like family because you are part of the rent a center family i only gave 2 stars so jason would see this. Now the only complaint I have is, on the day of my first payment, I had people calling me at 9:45am stating a courtesy call to make a payment. Then i received 2 more calls after that about making my first payment. This was rather very annoying and not a courtesy call to remind me on the first day of my first payment.
