Me and my sister went to Alderwood mall just to mess around. Walking thru the mall we saw chocolate and stopped to see what they had. The young man was very polite very informative and knowledgeable on every chocolate bar and gift sets. Which where very nice. I bought the dark chocolate with almonds in the photo was amazing. And I also got a box that had 4 different types of chocolate from 4 different countries which was AMAZING AND SO GOOD. The customer service was WONDERFUL RESPECTFUL KNOWLEDGEABLE. GREAT JOB YOUNG MAN (He is in the photo)

The chocolate was decadent, and melt in your mouth especially their "nama" line. I would highly reccomend if you prefer chocolates that aren't too sweet. What I would like to highlight is the exceptional customer service that they provide, specifically the male staff member at the time. They're attentive, professional, and had good reccomendations and knowledge. Come for the chocolate, come back for the service!

So excited that we have a ROYCE' store here in Lynnwood! We would drive to Bellevue for our favorite chocolate before. The staff at this location is so nice! Song, especially, goes out of her way to take care of clients.

If you haven't tried Nama chocolate before, do yourself a favor and try it! You won't be disappointed. They make tasty, beautifully wrapped and very memorable customer appreciation...
