Small distillery in Lynnwood that survived through Covid-19 and that says a lot. They have solid tasty gin products but my favorite is the lemoncello. Even our Italian friends are fans of this. Perfect balanced gin based lemon liquor with a full load of flavors that is perfect to end a meal or can just skip on it during the summertime. They actually peel the lemon rind by hand to avoid the white part that tastes very bitter. Another good thing about this place is they serve super tasty cocktails using their own products or from local sources. Their menu changes every month so we always have something new to try each time we come here. The staff and owners are friendly and very attentive. The only con of this place is its tiny space with limited seating. As long as you don't hate gin, go here and order yourself a tasty cocktail...

LOVE THIS PLACE! Found out about it about a year ago. I wasn't a Gin drinker at the time and I was just curious enough to do a tasting and have a cocktail. One year later and I'm a club member and regularly visit for cocktails and bottle purchases. The cocktail space is cozy and fun. The cocktails always creative with plenty of rotating options. The owners/manager are amazing to talk to and super helpful. They have some great products. I especially love their limoncello (best I've had), coffee flavored gin (makes the best espresso martinis ever), and their aquavit. Ordered the Gin & Tonic Gift Set - London Dry for a thank you to a consultant in Chicago. Thought the set was reasonably priced and very elegant. Temple was very accommodating with shipping to Chicago for me after I completed the site's customer service form. A shipping issue came up (not Temple's fault), and AJ was proactive and reached out to me ahead of time and had solutions ready to go depending on what happened. AJ was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. The consultant was incredibly appreciative and loved the set. Will definitely keep Temple Distilling in mind for future gift needs.
