The good reviews you’re reading, are all from the old shop that used to be here; it’s totally different now ✨ so, I ordered espresso with oat milk foam; then for some reason, after she made it I double checked, it’s just foam or did you put some milk in there too? She says, it’s mostly milk, with some cream. What? The cream makes it froth better, she says. So 1) had I not asked, if she made it right, I would not know that she slipped some cream in it, and 2) I’m allergic to dairy, so maybe don’t just decide to poison people; there is a reason I asked for oat milk. 3) remember how I asked for only foam? So I walk her through why it’s not okay to just make those decisions without asking people, adding dairy to nondairy orders…ultimately letting her try and make it right the second time. Confident it now is, I drive away, only to have my mouth burnt on what is clearly burnt espresso and milk. Ew. Drove back, she refunded it. What an experience! One that was thankfully made up for by the amazing coffee found nearby at He Brews Coffee, potentially the best...

Me and my husband used to get coffee from this location for the past 6 months and everything was fine until today June 29th. The coffee today was so bad to the point that we couldn’t drink it. My husband asked her to fix it multiple times and she kept trying and give him information about coffee and what he ordered is not what he wants. Mind you he ordered iced caramel macchiato but we wanted the caramel stirred so it’s not a big deal to argue with the customer on the name just because he likes it this way, and she asked what the name of the girl usually does his drink?!! She charged him before he even tasted the drink and now we’re in another coffee booth drive through ordering a new coffee. We’re not ordering from this girl anymore if she’s there. But overall we love this place and i hope we don’t stop getting our coffee from them. She mentioned that she’s new to this location and this happened...

Places like this little drive thru coffee spot make me wonder why people still choose Starbucks. My husband and I were in dire need for caffeine and thanks to google maps this popped up. Our typical order is iced americano black and hot americano with one sugar. The young lady was courteous, friendly, and genuinely warm. My iced americano was perfect. My husband loved his hot americano. Ever since this initial visit we have been fans. So anytime we’re in the area we are sure to stop for some coffee and a friendly face. We’ve been there now 4-5 times in the last two years and we are hooked!
