Urban Outfitters — Local services in Lynnwood

Just left the store with the worst customer service experience. My girlfriend wanted to purchase some jeans that were on a display table offering a sale. And then of course we were informed by the very rude sales person that these weren’t those jeans. So they wait until you’ve fallen in love with your great purchase and then at the last moment it’s “sorry, it’s not THESE jeans” with the very smug attitude of the guy helping us. When I question their sales tactics this sales guy proceeds to argue with me and show his lack of customer service. I don’t know this terrible sales person name but he has glasses, curly hair, tattoos and a terrible attitude. I hope for all of you he is only a seasonal hire but if not, please avoid this location at all costs! Happy Holiday shopping...just not...

Eh. I did not have the greatest shopping experience here. Went on a Sunday night during the pre-Xmas weekend. Store closed at 7pm and I got in line at 10 mins til. But there was only one employee at the register and a line of customers 15 deep. You'd think, given the weekend, they'd have had more staff devoted to helping customers spend money. Took so long I couldn't get to another store before...

I came in to buy a trucker hat at around 2:30pm on April 28 2023 & got laughed at by 3 staff members, two who were behind the checkout counter & the person checking out my purchase. They were flat out making fun of me right in front of my face because of a wardrobe malfunction that I wasn’t aware of until I got home. I was completely humiliated.
