Probably one of the more mediocre frozen yogurt I have tried and would only recommend if nothing else is available or fits your tastes. Toppings are stale and don’t taste fresh, flavors are lacking, space has a run down feel and smells weird, and feels really generic overall. Don’t recommend. I was in the mood for something cold on a summer afternoon and this was the only fro-yo place at Alderwood. We stopped by and instantly the first thing I noticed was the smell. It smelled damp or kinda musty inside and almost made me leave. However, we wanted to give it a shot so we walked to the back and checked out the flavors. Under one of the dispensers there was a huge pile of fro-yo on the catch that was not cleaned up. That’s kinda weird given the place wasn’t even busy. There were only about 5-6 flavors, half fruit and half sweet. I ended up trying the blue raspberry, mango and very berry combo, cookies cream, ube, and coconut milk. The fruit flavors weren’t too bad and pretty refreshing, but just a little sweet. The other flavors were ok too. The real problem was the toppings. I like gummy bears and I didn’t realize until I was eating them how STALE they were. They were as HARD as pebbles. They were nearly impossible to eat and I essentially wasted money adding them. I also added mangos, which were ok but definitely felt like they had been out a while. The popping boba was ok but again, freshness was a concern. The gummy worms were luckily not as stale but I could tell they had been out awhile. Do they not check for freshness or replace them? There was at least a decent selection of toppings and syrups, but the quality is questionable. The staff seems nice, but the overall environment and experience of this place is poor. The price isn’t too bad, but the overall value for what you get is low. I wouldn’t recommend this place for dessert and recommend you try another place if possible. Not worth breaking your jaw over some gummy bears.

From the moment you step into Frozz at Alderwood Mall, you're in for a delightful treat. The vibrant and inviting atmosphere sets the stage for a premium ice cream experience. Each flavor I tried was bursting with authenticity and quality ingredients. I was particularly impressed with the unique variety they offer, from classic favorites to innovative creations that tantalize the taste buds. The staff at Frozz deserves a special mention for their friendly and efficient service. They were more than happy to offer samples and share recommendations, making the entire visit feel personalized and welcoming. What really sets Frozz apart is their commitment to using high-quality ingredients, which you can taste in every scoop. Whether you choose a cup or their signature sundae, each option is a masterpiece of flavor. The team at Frozz is impressively multilingual, fluently conversing in Turkish, Russian, and Turkmen. It's worth noting that they offer the finest Turkish delights I've ever had the pleasure of tasting.Additionally, their Italian sodas are a refreshing masterpiece, perfectly crafted and bursting with authentic, vibrant flavors that complement any of their desserts beautifully. In conclusion, Frozz is a must-visit for any ice cream enthusiast in Lynnwood. It's not just about enjoying a frozen treat; it's about experiencing joy in every scoop. A perfect spot for families, friends, or a sweet solo treat. Don’t miss out on this gem!

I want to start this by saying the staff were very nice and helpful which is the only reason I am giving this 2 stars. With that being said there are some glaring issues --

Immediately walking into the store I felt that something smelled off. Through my mask it smelled like the cleaner that is used to cover odors in a not clean bathroom (I don't know how else to describe it but the closest I can think of is a porta potty or when you're at a dingy bar bathroom) and I even peeked my nose out for a minute to double check that what I was smelling was correct. The smell was honestly so terrible that I gagged but as I had promised my son ice cream I still decided to give it a chance. All of the fruit that is offered is frozen fruit -- it's half frozen, half mushy. Nothing looked fresh which is a huge negative as many other froyo shops that I have visited offer fresh fruit (variety varies as it should with seasonality).

I had the mixed berry/mango combination -- the ice cream honestly tasted like skittles it was so artificially fruity and sweet (not in a good way :( ) .

Overall I will not be taking my kiddo here again as it was a very disappointing experience. Everything else aside, if management can address the smell issue that would be a big first step as it is a...
