Just went in for the fall sale. The lady that was there said that the promotion they have was over but they had the sign up still. My mom asked if they would still honor it at least since they still had the sign and the sign didn’t say anything about an end date. It just said that the sale was while supplies last and that it couldn’t be a sale panty or clearance panty. She said she wouldn’t honor it because she would get in trouble. She was rude about it when we asked and she said it’s their mistake for not taking the sign down. Honestly left me really dissatisfied with the customer service. I also can never really find a lot of variety of panties in my size which is understandable and not the workers faults. But it is annoying. I wish she would’ve honored the purchase since it was their fault as she said that the sign was still up. Hopefully they took it down after we left. She also didn’t even bother to wrap our panties in tissue paper. We had to ask her to wrap it, and when we did she then said that she was out at the register. We asked her to get some from the other register then and she seemed annoyed when we did and then came back with the our stuff wrapped. She didn’t even bring more wrapping paper for future customers. I usually have good experiences at this store but I am really upset...

This store is great! I got left by the initial girl helping me who was supposed to be finding me some sizes of bras to try on, she went on break and told NO ONE about me her name KAYCEE. Another lady started helping me and got me into a fitting room to be fitted as I wasn't sure what I really wanted to buy. The fitting room staff were amazing! Until I got my stylist! I ended up with KAYCEE again, she apologized for leaving me half heartedly. We started looking at my choices from my fitting when i realized u had switched my like and dislike pile. You would think she would say omg ok let's fix this so you get what you want. NOPE, her words "well i showed you your likes and I'll let you shop. Let me know if i can help with anything else"........I was shocked I have NEVER had such a bad experience. I've been a Victoria secret customer for YEARS. This please needs some...

Staff was very nice and helpful. Place seemed pretty clean. I wish the store could change the set up for display because it is a bit cramped and has been the same for a while. Giving 4 stars only because prices are still pretty steep. I like the deals they offer but can't see myself forking out 70 bucks for a pair of leggings. (Not part of sale) so it is a bit limiting. I'd pay the 80 for 2 but those leggings don't seem to have pockets and seem too thin. The likes of which target has for 20. Of course this has nothing to do with this particular store or staff so I will repeat, staff was very friendly and helpful and I realize pricing is not their fault and therefore I am bringing that complaint here instead of blaming workers. Hope someone out there sees...
