I visited Color Me Mine on a Saturday afternoon and had a great time. I haven’t visited CMM in a few years and was pleasantly surprised by the changes. It looks like it has been remodeled or reorganized as the paint and brush selection area as well as the checkout desk was much more organized. There was also a lot more signage so I was able to see where the tools and brushes were located. The selection of unfinished items was huge to pick from. I had a hard time decided what I wanted to paint. The staff was extremely helpful to me. I need to call out a young woman named Sylvie who went out of her way to help me find exactly the piece I wanted on a high shelf. I was able to take my time and relax, not feeling rushed to hurry and finish up. I was promptly notified via text and email when my project was ready. I picked it up and it turned out great. I’ve been to a few paint your own pottery places and I can confidently say this has been the worst one. For the quality of the product and the service this place is WAY TOO OVERPRICED!!! Also the place is so small you will definitely be bothered by the other parties there. You’re better off going to something cheaper with more space such as Color Cocktail Factory. Friends of mine have found their painted products BROKEN once they come back to pick them up after they’ve been handled by the employees to be glazed (you leave your painted piece and come back after some time to pick it up).
