Update! Lupe is phenomenal at her job! She gave me a beautiful dark blue gloss which covers my gray hair and makes me smile! I came in on 4-1-23 and will come back at the end of May for a new color! Maybe purple! I have always been given great treatment at the Keema salon and will continue to go.
Update 5/20/23 Lupe is still phenomenal! We did a grey blend gloss for a more professional look! At the end of July, I’ll go another fun color 🥰
Update: 7/27/23 Lupe continues to create miracles with my hair! She covered the grey and put in barrel curls for a new look! It’s beautiful!
Update 9/23/23 Lupe can make grey hair look beautiful! I appreciate her mad skills! We tried for purple today but it didn’t take. So we’ll go for lavender in November! We did a color/grey blend instead 🥰👍🏽

Read moreI have gone to Keema for years, even back when it was the Aveda salon, and as much as I would like to stay here, I feel like I often walk out spending more than I asked for. I really with the stylists consulted you first with what they are going to do for you in terms of services. For example, for a long time I had no idea my stylists were doing glosses because I had never asked for it, and had only found out when I asked to see my bill itemized. Similar things have happened on multiple occasions. I also find they need to update their website because if you try and book online, as soon as you want multiple services it says you have to call. It is so hard to make appointments when you don't see a calendar in front of you. But, the saving grace is that no matter what stylist you see they are all nice and do such a great job! I always leave with a great cut and color that makes me happy, and have never left with a bad service. It is just the lack of price transparency that bothers me. This place is also very expensive, and there are many salons that offer similar high-end services that much more worth the price. That seems to be the trend these days that salon cuts and a bit of highlights are expensive, but $200+ is definitely a lot. So just take that into consideration, but overall this place has great services and stylists! Wish I could give half...

So I asked to make an appointment for all over color and not highlights ,so the front desc asked me to make a consultation since I do highlights, I didn’t ask to talk to Gabby.I told her ask Gaby She said she is busy today and tomorrow she is off And she hung up in my face since I told her that I don’t need a conversation, it is all over color. It is a small place and definitely she can ask and call me back and it is a simple service, “one color “ I called her back and I told her that you hung up on me and she replied yes what can you do? Definitely you can go back to your call records and see that I called again This is not the first time and it happened to my daughter in December and she emailed you but nothing changed.
