I recently moved to the area and was in search for an esthetician. I saw the wonderful reviews and it just so happened that this location is conveniently close to my house, so I thought I would give it a try. I scheduled an appointment for dermaplaning and a chemical peel. I have never received a peel before, so I was a little nervous and not entirely sure what to expect. From the moment I emailed the staff requesting an appointment to the end of my appointment, med and spa exceeded my expectations. The front desk was very timely about responding to my email when requesting an appointment and they were able to get me in the next day.

Basia, at the front desk, is an absolute sweetheart. Her positive and welcoming personality is contagious. She made me feel like a “regular”.

Monika, the esthetician and owner, performed my spa treatments. I was very impressed by her knowledge and ability to explain why she did what she was doing, and recommendations for products regarding certain skin concerns. She did a wonderful job addressing my questions and educating me on my skin. I really appreciated that she did not try to upsell me on any of their products or other treatments, but rather provided me with suggestions on certain ingredients to be aware in the products I use.

In short, it was an absolutely incredible experience. The spa is very clean, the staff is very friendly, and the prices for treatments are reasonable! I highly recommended this place to everyone. I will definitely be back and can’t wait to take my mom for her first peel in the...

LOW LEVEL INSTITUTION. Wouldn’t even give one star if I could. As a new client I have made an appointment with a specific person which was highly recommended But I’ve never had to see her.Long story short- they stole me as new client from that nurse I requested and put me to another nurse. Asked me to come on Thursday instead of Wednesday, which I did without any back thought in my head about what’s going to happen . Now manager Kasia is telling my with out no shame that she wasn’t even speaking to me, and that day when my appointment was I’m not even on their list. The nurse I was requesting found out too what they was doing and she thanked me cos now she knows what they do and where her new clients disappear. What more Smile manager Kasia was trying to convince me - I was told it’s gonna be with different nurse. So I can assure you that I would never ever agree to go and spent nearly 2k with a person which was not recommended to me and I know nothing about. It feels disgusting. They don’t respect clients. And it says everything.they lie professionally so if something would go wrong you will never find a true.and I believe those comments below which has one star is TRUE. They reply to those comments because wanna keep the face. there is way more better places where to go . And what she did to me wasn’t as good as I expected . Others do a better job. Avoid...

Seems like a scammy place. I called them in July as I was thinking about getting a service. They told me it was $250 and up. I call again and they tell me $600 and up. Seems like they just come up with stuff. In just a few months, they more than doubled their prices? That’s insane. Nowhere else charges that much not even dermatologists downtown. I only wanted to go there because they have an ultrasound, but not worth it at all. I’m an attorney myself and it’s not about money for me, but that’s a crazy price. Two years ago, I had a tiny bit of Restylane placed in my face somewhere I choose to not go back to. I feel my face still looks weird and just wanted to get ultrasound to see if any left. I only contacted this place because I saw they have the machine and I want to do that to make sure I have filler left. I’m not even entirely sure I have any left, but these prices are ridiculous for what I need done. They said on the phone they are treating hyaluronidase as filled. Well that’s just ridiculous that they will penalize people for not getting it done at their place. Don’t offer a service then.
