Their large selection does not make up for the blatant disrespect I received from the staff. I bought a leaking pot and came in for an exchange 2 days later. It resulted in me having to go home with a the floor model of smaller pot that was cheaper. It was clear that she didn’t want to refund the difference either. The woman who sold me the original pot stormed off while ranting and left it to another worker to deal with me. I’ve never been so uncomfortable in my life. I came here to buy a lot of things for my kitchen. My family uses an induction cooker. I mistakenly bought a gas cooking pan. Because the pan has a barcode, I washed the purchased items first and rubbed them a little, so they were a little scratched. I was a bit busy with work and came home late and the door was closed, so I couldn't return it early. 3 weeks later, I brought it back and they said I had used it and it was too long to return it. Their customer service sucks. I was not sure what time they close the store so when my sister-in-law and I went in, one of them followed us around like we going to steal their things. When we asked about a certain item, they point it out then immediately asked if we want it and insist we buy it.
