This place have nice furniture and I have purchased from here 2 other times and have been happy with my service but this particular time the delivery drivers were rude. Covid is still here and I feel comfortable with someone entering my home to wear a mask vaccinated or not. The delivery drivers had a big issue with this and told me because heâs vaccinated heâs not wearing a mask and I asked again and got the same response and he also said that they donât have mask and I told him I have mask but he still said heâs not wearing one because theyâre vaccinated. I had to call the store to speak with someone about the situation and she was very nice and said that they will be wearing a mask when entering your home. They got here with mask on and of course they wasnât happy because they had to wear a mask for a couple minutes but I could see the younger guy with his mask down while he was in my room assembly the bed. Iâm very big on respect, if someone ask can you do something as simple as wear a mask why make it a big deal especially a repeat customer. My mind was blown! We purchased the following: twin mattress set, queen mattress set, dining room set, sofa, loveseat, coffee/end table set and a queen headboard that are all in stock and on its way to my friends new home! The best part was Martin and Avlin - their customer service is top notch⊠Martin literally moved furniture around so we can see the âlookâ pulled together!    Read morePLEASE AVOID! SHITTY PRODUCTS! Paid over $400 per chair for my dining room and when it was delivered one of the head chairs had scratches on it and the leather was torn. The delivery driver called and spoke to the salesperson to replace the chair for free her name was Reem. I still have what he wrote on the receipt. It has been over 60 days and multiple phone calls were made to the store and I am yet to see any sort of result. Reem continuously made excuses and said she would call me back with more information. Big shock, she never called back. Now one of the chairs that was supposedly in good condition the arm is loose and nearly about to fall off. Big disappointment. Very expensive, terrible customer service, and bad quality product. Save your time and money. This company is not only a scam they could not care less about their customers.
