I like their stuff. Prices are decent but expensive also. I didn't like how they treat their customers. They act as if we are thieves. I had to give my ID for my own debit card and when I complained about how I felt the manager said that that was protocol and that if you spend over $50 you have to show it with cash also and it's like if I'm spending a lot of money on the store the least you can do is not act like I'm going to steal. Also privacy is also invaded with the fitting rooms. My middle have was covered but the way the fitting rooms are designed made me extremely uncomfortable especially since they were used by both males and females. I'm tall and I could see clearly out of the room and I just wasn't comfortable couldn't even fully check out what I was buying because they are so suspicious of their customers. But their products are good. The cheongsam I bought before full inspection (I've never had any problems with damaged vintage items) had a hole and the zipper was broken and it's final sale and for the price I paid it was not worth it. They should not have accepted damaged goods and then sale them for $20 like nothing's wrong. The yukatas are cute but only select are. I'd say it's a good place to get stuff but customer service makes it extremely hard...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey have a fun selection, for a certain vibe. It doesn't work for me very well, but it's still fun to look through. I was a little sad to see that their pride section got thinned down a lot from last year (it used to be so fun! I got some nice pride shirts there in years passed) but they still have some stuff. The selection changes all the time, so it makes sense. I'm sure if you go there in June the selection would be much better, just like the basement full of christmas sweaters they put together in December. I've won a few ugly sweater contests with stuff from there. The main store is well equipped to handle all your Instagram aesthetic selfie needs, and enough short sleeve button downs with arcade carpet patterns to choke an ox. The accessory selection us always fun to browse, as well, even if some of the pieces are kinda cheap (I wore a ring set for a couple hours and it died my finger blue). Overall, it's alright. It depends what you like to wear and how much clear nail polish you're willing to expend of making sure your jewelry doesn't stain your skin. Also, it doesnt just sell women's clothes. The men's section is a little smaller, but clothes have no...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWell, the clothes and selection are awesome; I found many things I wanted. However, I walked out of the store emptyhanded because every single one of the 15 items I wanted had damage to it - stains, rips, holes. The same was true for my friend. She ended up buying a stained sweater with hopes it would wash out; when she asked the staff if there was any discount for damaged items they just said "well, it was likely out of the box like that." As a retail worker I am appalled that they would sell clothing with holes and tears expecting the same price as undamaged merchandise.
Even things I might have wanted, I didn't end up liking enough to try because they were wrinkled or crumpled to hell and back like they had been shoved into a ball for a year and then just hung up to be sold. Very poor care of products. I was so disappointed because I really did love...
