This is the worst culvers I have been to. My food is always wrong or burnt. The wait time is crazy even when you order ahead. We live in the area and usually drive out of our way for Culvers but now we will always be driving out of our way to avoid this one. Skokie Blvd is much better.
That's not even the worst part about this culvers. There's this old guy named Richard who unfortunately is working there every time I'm there. He's extremely rude and condescending to employees and customers. I came in for a online take out order and my food sat on the counter for 27 minutes while I stood there waiting for ice cream. He snapped at me when I asked about the wait because who wants cold food?? I don't understand how management can allow an employee like him to not even just work there but talk to customers and run a cash register? Sorry. I'm not spending any more of my money here until that man is gone. I asked for a double drink caddy for my four beverages and the nice kid put one on and started handing it to me when Richard grabbed it and said "he doesn't need two" and proceeds to tear the two cardboard caddy apart IN FRONT OF ME.
Richard needs an attitude check...
Read moreEnough is enough. I love to order online and pickup myself since I live two blocks away. Today I ordered my food and system suggested 3:30PM which I accepted. I parked in the spot at 3:20 and I hit “I’m Here” a receive reply “Success” at 3:40 no one showed up with my food, so I walk in. The first person did not knew how to help me, so they called another person, she checked and confirmed that they received my message at 3:20 she looked around and found my bag on the counter. At that point I suspected that my food is most likely cold, they offered to rework my order, however that took another 10 minutes. That happens to me very frequently. What was even more annoying, they were not busy and they have plenty of stuff, however only one person was packing, the other people just wondered around eating something, talking and laughing. It is easy to see why no one was watching the display with messages. Looks like stuff at that location needs retraining. Orders are frequently mixed up, they don’t pay attention to details or or some items are missing. Perhaps they have too many employees and they just trying to kill their time taking and having good time...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this Culver’s location. I ordered through the drive-thru, clearly asking for a burger, fries, and a drink. However, I was only charged for the burger. When I clarified, the staff member insisted I hadn’t ordered the basket, which was frustrating. She also read the price wrong twice, adding to the confusion.
At the window, things got worse. The employee taking my payment and his coworker were laughing and making inappropriate comments, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. It felt like they weren’t taking their job seriously at all. I was then asked to pull forward and waited an additional 10 minutes for my food.
When I finally received my meal, it was cold, flavorless, and missing the ketchup I had requested. The portion of fries was ridiculously small. I couldn’t even finish the food, worried it might not have been prepared properly.
The entire experience was uncomfortable and frankly disgusting. I expect much better from Culver’s, and this visit was far from acceptable. The price I paid was definitely not worth it, and I don’t plan on returning after such a...
