This place & the manager or so she claimed TAMMY is incredibly RUDE & SERIOUSLY LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! My husband went here 2 weeks ago & ordered a meatball sub for me & we expected the sandwich to be HOT. The meatballs were bone cold! So back he goes & she reheats them. Excellent, I'm happy. I decided 2 weeks later I was craving & wanted another meatball sub from Subway, so out he goes to fetch it. He SPECIFICALLY asked if the meatballs were HOT due to the last trip. He was assured that they were in fact... HOT! WELL...NEEDLESS to say they were COLD! I returned to the store with the sandwich & asked to speak to the manager. I opened my sandwich showed her that the cheese wasn't even slightly melted & that if the food was hot that it would melt the cheese. She replied not necessarily. Uhm okay, hmmm very interesting... and news to me after nearly 50 years on this planet! I proceeded to tell her about my COLD MEATBALL SUB & that I've had problems in the past, and that the employees needed to be more educated on the temperature of the meatballs. She became sarcastic & condescending that how DARE I suggest that a handicapped employee needed to be educated. FIRST OFF... I had no idea the employee was handicapped! Nor did my husband! SECOND... Should that matter!? NO! They like everyone else need to do the job they are getting paid to do! She got all HUFFY, decided to test the temperature of the pot of meatballs & sauce. Scolds me & tells me it reads the correct temperature. I in turn told her that the SAUCE might be the correct temperature but the MEATBALLS are NOT & to kindly check the temperature of the MEATBALLS. She YELLED that that was gross & she wasn't going to do that. And mind you ALL of her comments are being heard by the patrons dining in the establishment as she was SCOLDING ME IN A RAISED VOICE! I told her in the same raised voice she gave me, then how is she to know the correct temperature of the MEAT? Perhaps the HEALTH DEPARTMENT should REGULATE & INSPECT the temperature of said HOT items as you can get seriously I'll from improperly prepared foods. Read morePoor Management : My Email: Very upset tonight with Subway, Went in to try the new Reuben I was told after starting my order when the associate started making my sub said I don't have enough for a foot long and I do not have anymore out back. Why would you not stock the things you need to make the Sub you know people are going to ask for and keep items you need to make the Sub in stock? So I had to switch to a different Sub, so disappointed.
Their Response: Thank you for your feedback from your Subway visit. The great part is the Rueben is well liked and popular. The bad news is that we did not have the Rueben in stock for you and for that I apologize. We did not realize the demand was so high this week running us out of stock. We did increase the Rueben quantity for the next shipment. I hope that you will come back to the store and get this seasonal special. It too is one of my favorites! My Reply: Thanks for getting back to me in regards to this. But if you had stocked up on items needed to make the sub there would be no issues. Knowing that this was being advertised people are going to be ordering it especially on a weekend. Sorry but I'm still displeased with this matter. I am just going to hesitate on going to a Subway again. Your associate should have at least provided a discount for my order or something for the inconvenience bit nothing was given not even an apology.

Read moreThis place is downright, awful! I am not sure how they remain open. They hire scum bags to run the store and work it. They are all junkies, criminals or both. Today was the final straw for me. This is the second issue I have had with this place and it's employees, in less than a years, time. Today, the woman with the busted, rotted and missing teeth, who calls herself a "manager" told me the restrooms are not public, when in fact, if you serve food, they absolutely are. This will warrant a visit to and an investigation launched by the health department and I am not just saying this, I am going to actually go visit the health department tomorrow, because I found the law that was written, back in 2022. It states the only food places exempt from this are, food carts and those other mobile food service businesses. Subway qualifies as neither. And I may have a medical condition, which will further the issue. She should learn the laws and not sit there with her crack brain, debating something that she knows nothing about. She is an absolute scum bag, and has that written all over her face. That's ok, because I am not done and am going to absolutely further this. People like this woman can't get real jobs, because they don't possess any brains capable of learning and absorbing the necessary material to be successful, and then of course, she'll never pass a drug test.
