As a first experience with K&G, there was admittedly some frustration with a cashier who repeatedly stated 'the suits are already on sale,' when asked why the $5 discount was not being used. Perhaps I can't read the fine print of that text that said the $5 discount was only for full priced items. A previous guest also mentioned that they get you with alterations. I want to give special recognition to a lady who, every time I go to the store at location in Manchester CT takes excellent care of me with kindness and desire to help me get what I need for myself and my family. Her name is Rosa and she is special. Rosa always that I visit the store goes above and beyond and really takes care of us as valuable clients. I went into K&G the day before Christmas to purchase a suit for church. I asked a salesperson to direct me to the suits and that is when one of my BEST sales experiences began. I was greeted by Alpha, an extremely pleasant sales associate. She not only showed me where the suits were, she stayed by my side and assisted me through the entire purchase. She gave her professional and personal opinion as I tried on several different styles. I ended up purchasing THREE suits (with alterations) and TWO pair of shoes all because of her effective sales approach. I wouldn't hesitate to visit this store again ESPECIALLY if I could work with Alpha again. She deserves a promotion and a raise! Now I will be the sharpest dressed person at church! Thank you...
