DXL Big + Tall — Local services in Manchester

Noticed a negative trend in costumer service here. I know employees have people skills the only thing I can hear when im in the store are the personal conversations of employees. Don't mind it at all just direct a portion of that energy to the people in the store.

"Hey can I help you find anything?" Would be something nice to here.

While I'm standing at the register in purgatory. Waiting. It wouldn't bother me at all if I herd "I'll be right with you" Instead I herd: "Are you taking him?" "No you take him" I probably stood there for 5 min while they clearly acknowledged I was there.

This isn't one poor employee this is all of them every time I visit the store which leads me to believe they're leadership is failing them.

I'm not looking for valet parking I'm looking for basic sales floor skills. Everyone that has shopped here knows they are paying a premium it is the least you...

Just like to say if I could give you a 10 star I would. Love the store and your staff . Every time we go we have a great experience. We find what we are looking for and thanks to the coupons you send me I can save some money. My boys are in the tall and plus sizes and we go to the Manchester store to buy all their clothes. Jackie the saleswoman was great helping me with Everything we was looking for . Both of my kids autism so she was very understanding. She great plus to the store. Thanks Jackie for all the help. Tried to come here twice this week. First time was Sunday @ 4PM. All posted hours indicated they were open until 6PM. Doors locked, no one here. Today, I new I world be cutting it close but I got here @ 6:55. Doors already locked. The entire rest of this mall is open at least until 8, these guys are closed @ 6:55. Frustrating for sure.

UPDATING: Finally got there when the doors weren't locked during their published hours. They are quite understaffed, but the person there was awesome and very helpfull. Answered all my questions and was able to find most items that I was looking to get. Upgraded my review as well to more stars.
