Golden Corral Buffet & Grill — Restaurant in Maplewood

This restaurant is absolutely disgusting. I have never been so grossed out in a place before. My little brother and I arrived at 2:46pm and got an adult dinner buffet and a Y9-12. When we first arrived I told him we needed to go and wash our hands. And when I walked into the women's bathroom I could have thrown up on entry. There was paper all over the floor and sink. 1 stall was available and the toilet was completely full of urine and finkel matter. The toilet was completely overflowed onto the floor. And there was water everywhere!! I mean it was the most disgusting scene I've seen in a restaurant today. After leaving the bathroom ready to puke I went into the family restroom to try and wash my hands again. Which was again covered in toilet paper and the toilet was full of someone else's mess.

I'm not sure why I decided to stay in that moment but I did. And I went out into the dining room to grab a tray and grab food. Everything in the dining room was dirty. All of the food fixtures had food stuck to them. The meat on The carving station was dry and old and had been sitting out for I don't know how long. I got a piece of ham that completely shredded itself on its own without me even touching it.

After getting back to my table with a sad plate of food. I watched a young hispanic man with a walkie-talkie come over to a young Asian lady and tell her that a customer complained about the bathroom being dirty. He asked her to her face if she had checked the bathroom. She looked at him and lied. She told him the bathroom was clean and said she'd already been in there. He told her that a customer had complained about the bathroom being dirty and she told him that couldn't be true. I looked at the both of them and told him he was lying because that bathroom was the most disgusting bathroom I'd ever seen. I sat there and couldn't enjoy my meal.

My skin was completely crawling the entire time. Everything was dirty the door handles, the door knobs the salt and pepper shakers, the door jams, the entry and exit doors and windows, the rims of the table. The plates. The silverware. The sinks. The bathrooms. The floors. The tables. Everything was dirty!!!! I'm so disgusted I'm so upset with myself that I even sat in this restaurant and ate a morsel of food out of here. I will never go into this restaurant ever again in my entire life. I am so upset with myself that I hate here. I have no doubt I'll end up with food poisoning tomorrow. I wish I'd never stepped...

My cousin and I wanted to order a steak, there was no one serving, there was only one person chatting, and then that person ended the chat and came to the service desk and started chatting with another person. When I couldn't wait any longer, I said "Excuse me", he ignored me and continued to chat with another waitress, and then when I said "Excuse me" for the second time, he asked me angrily: You can't wait a sec? you didn't see i am talking? He gave us the impression that he was like the president of the country. He didn't allow others to interrupt him when he was talking. I felt like I would be shot in the next second. I'm amazed that he can say something like this during work and service, my consin and I stayed there for half a minute or more, and then another A fair looking waitress asked what happened, I said we stayed here for a long time, but we were not served, instead we were treated rudely, then the waitress said with certainty: no, you are not there This stays for half a minute, I can see it. ok, please check your camera. I don't know why they were so confident that they were right, a customer was not served, and instead got a question from a waiter who was interrupted: Why interrupt me? Because I saw that the waitress also came to us after finishing the chat. Of course, if your boss here are willing to pay them and let them chat all time and never stop, I have nothing to say.
