I appreciate good customer service, however once in a while you experience exceptional service. I can say Marysville Awards and Gifts are with out a doubt, a true to service company. I had a urgent request for a small, tiny engraved "Phenolic" label and needed it next day. Not only did Robert, spent at least 30 minutes researching specs and details for me, he scheduled it to be completed the next day. I was called by Connie at 10am the next day and confirmed the details and it was ready for pick up at 11:30am. For a $27... I would have paid at least $100. I guess I owe them a nice tip! I had some items for engraving, the lady there gave me a turnaround time which was pretty long btw. I show up the day they were suppose to done, she can’t find my order and then in the most rude manner tells me she hasn’t gotten it to and she didn’t tell me I could pick them up that day. Basically, save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. I found a shop in Everett that is amazing and WAY more affordable than this over priced...
