Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Marysville

,I went in for a quick and easy lunch. I was met at the counter by the name of what it sounded like was Brandon. It sort of sounded like he said Randy. He had no tag on his shirt anywhere. I assumed he was a new worker because I had never seen this employee before. I asked if they had anything hot and ready. He said no they did not. I asked if they had anything coming ou soon.. He said no, and then said that if he put something in for me that it would be like a 15 minutes. So then I asked him if I should just go somewhere else to get some food and he said yes so I left. I like to go here and eat because normally the staff are helpful and friendly. An the pizza is pretty darn good. On this visit though the employee had absolutely no customer skills and cost the business a sale. I guess that is what happens when you man the front counter with under trained employee's that have horrible haircuts and even worse attitudes toward...

If you order delivery and they don’t bring all the items, you don’t get your food. They’ll write a voucher that you can only use by going into the location at a different time. So in order to receive what I already paid for, I have to waste time and gas to go pick it up after I already paid a delivery fee. They will blame whatever third party that Little Caesars deploys for the order. If you want anything done, you have to track down whatever third party they went through for a refund, but not the food you ordered. They need to take responsibility. Their employees need to make sure the third party has everything before leaving the store. I did not order through the third party, In ordered through Little Caesars. Therefore, it is Little Caesars responsibility to ensure all the items are in place. Heaven forbid you’re throwing a party and order a large order of pizzas because you’re not going to...

I ordered pizzas. One whole pizza was the cheese was bubbled but the pizza itself was raw dough. I have pictures and when I called to speak with somebody, they lied to me that I was speaking to a manager And the young boy admitted it I already called once because they didn’t put my marinara for the crazy sticks in there that I paid for basically told me too bad so sad, and when I told him the pizza was raw, they told me bring it back to us and prove it so I had to drive 30 minutes back to see Little Caesars to prove that the pizza was raw to get a refund to this little punk kid and then 30 minutes home.
