Only been to this place twice. Once with my wife and all we did was grab a drink at the bar. Second time we brought 2 friends with us. Believe all the negative comments you read about this place!! We walked in at like 4:30pm on a Saturday just to kill time since we were in the area. Went to the bar, ordered drinks with no issues. Grabbed a pool table and was getting ready to enjoy a little game of pool. There were a group of old white guys at a table next to us who were just look at us as if we didn't belong. We instantly felt awkward and knew that they didn't want us there. They made my wife uncomfortable immediately by coming over to her because she sat her drink down on the edge of the pool table when she was just switching her purse to her other hand... Then one of the other guys says " Let me get you a better stick sweet heart " and brings her another pool stick... At this moment my whole party is uncomfortable and we are all ready to go. All eyes were on us as if we were loud, or causing issues. We literally was in there for about 20mins before we finished our drinks and left. It's hard to go enjoy a relaxed time when an establishment has racists and rude customers that THEY KNOW are racist and rude. We didn't want to destroy our evening by stooping down to their level of thinking so we went somewhere else where we were appreciated. We will not be back to this establishment. Was recommended this place by a few of my friends. The first friend that recommended this place, passed away about a year ago. I wanted to visit in her honor. I walked in and asked for a drink menu. Actually, before I could even get to the door, customers began strolling up to me. I literally thought he was the ID checker that lingered by the door. I was wrong. Just an idiot that wanted to be in my way and keep me from entering the premises. The customers then followed me into the building until I sat down at the bar. Where I asked the bartender for a drink menu. He denied me, stating that they did not have drink menus. I shrugged this off, figuring that may be normal for some businesses. I requested a Moscow mule and I was denied again. The bartender stated they do not make mixed drinks. I promptly left and decided to cheers to my fallen friend within my own home. Absolutely ridiculous. After reviewing the comments, they clearly make mixed drinks and have no problem serving other guests. I am 26 and had my ID within clear view at the bar. It was 11pm and perfectly legal to serve drinks. I noted other guests with mixed drinks. I do not know why I was denied service. But I know I will not be returning to this...

I have been coming to this spot for over a month, and was disrespected by the bartender after repeat business and paying him well for his service on multiple occasions. A group of 3 of us drove 40 minutes from York county SC to be denied service. None of us came in drunk nor disrespectful to any staff or patron. We walked to the bar to order a drink and a game of pool. We gave our ID's, mine being the last to be inspected. Both of my friends were given the "go ahead", but my ID is still vertical from being under 21 at the time of renewal, and doesn't expire until the end of this decade. He took extra time to look at it - he held a light to it and even scanned it (no issue with that, it's his job). After scanning my ID, he handed it back to me and said that they will not accept it and I would need to bring a passport (I am of legal age and have not had an issue here before). Not willing to make an issue, I asked for a water to which he then told my friends they will also not be served as well.
