We had an outstanding experience working with Gaylin. For 4 of the past 5 years we've travelled to Maui and hired a photographer to take family photos on the beach, and each year we've had a different photographer. Gaylin has been our favorite to work with so far, for several reasons. She's extremely organized and communicates expectations and answers questions really well. Her level of detail is superb. She is available to answer questions and assisted us with anything we needed, even after the shoot! I didn't feel at all rushed during the session which was great since we were on a time schedule and we have 2 young children, both of which can work against you in this sort of situation. I absolutely love how easy and organic she made it feel, during the session, even during the "posey" pictures. I am so so pleased with our photos and the level of customer service she provided. Looking at our pictures makes me happy and I hope we can work together...

Gaylin is a great photographer! My husband and I did a couples photoshoot when visiting Maui on vacation and enjoyed the whole time! Gaylin is super easy to work with and provided a lot of details along the way in the process leading up to the photoshoot day. She was very descriptive, a good communicator, and provided information about the photoshoot location, parking, outfit ideas, photo download instructions, etc. All of this was super helpful, and I very much appreciated it! During the photo session, she gave us prompts that made it fun! Gaylin was also very quick in the turnaround time for the sneak peeks and the full photo gallery. My husband and I love all of the photos and are so happy we got to work with Gaylin when we were in Maui! We had an amazing experience with Gaylin shooting our family photos for our son's first birthday. First, we had requested quotes from several different photographers in the area, but Gaylin differentiated herself by sending a timely, yet thorough guide through the logistics of her process. Her detail-oriented email gave us confidence to select her. As for the day of the photoshoot, she was on time, communicated in advance, and gave detailed instructions. During the photoshoot, she made the experience fun for our entire family, keeping things light and most importantly providing great care and support for our one year old son. She was thoughtful, creative, and professional throughout.
