This place is awesome!!!!! I shopped there yesterday because I had visited there on a previous visit to McKinney. Ava was working there and she was amazing!!!! I saw her talking with a little girl who had obviously been there before. She remembered that the girl liked to read and the name of the book she had been reading! There is a special program available for children to participate in. Ava was so good and genuine with this little girl. When it was my turn at the register, she was just as good and genuine with me! I asked about their rewards program and helped me sign up for it, even letting me take advantage of their birthday reward since my birthday had only been 2 weeks before. She was so kind, patient, and helpful. I love this store because all the merchandise comes from around the world. The items are all handmade and list the country where they are made. The money made from the sale goes to the people who actually made the items!!!! I will definitely go back to Fair...

Fair and Square is my favorite shop in McKinney! They have beautiful handmade goods from around the world that are so much more interesting and authentic that the fake boho or rustic stuff you get in so many stores. Plus you know when you shop there, and their prices are very good, you are doing good behind the scenes. I can get behind that. And they are really nice to their customers. I'm on their text list, which doesn't mean annoying messages and ads, rather for them, it means notifying me of sales, but even better than that, every several months, if I haven't been there for a while, they give me $10, no minimum, credit to spend there, with a little message that says, "We haven't seen you in a while!" How great is that! They are kind to you and helpful and often have wonderful Fair trade chocolate they offer you to taste. Today, they even offered free mimosas! So, love it, you should...

I just love this shop! It’s always fun to go in and pop around to see what’s new. They carry artisan-made goods from all over the world. Many items have information near them that explain the materials, creator, or origin. Sometimes the information is on a little sign but some products have a little card you can take with you, which is great for gift items. You can find jewelry, home decor, kitchenwares, kids toys and books, birthday/other cards, handbags, and more!

The staff is always attentive and helpful but they also give you space to explore. This is definitely a store you want to linger in and look at every single thing, and they understand that.
