I don't understand why this place has good reviews. I went there with my daughter on a special night. I am a Korean mom and I know what authentic Korean dishes are. What they served there was very strange combination of law fish in a hot stone bowl. Koreans don't eat raw fish in a hot stone bowl. I checked the menu and realized that they don't know about Korean dishes. Maybe that's why there were no Korean customers besides us. Also, the salad was very salty. I thought their house dressing might be salty. so, I asked the server if I can get new salad without dressing. when I got the bill, I got charged $19 for Bulgogi instead of $18. I checked the menu again and the price for Bulgogi was $18. I felt so bad, I don't think it is simply a mistake since they use POS system. I felt like I got charged for new salad without telling me even though it was so salty. I told the server that if you wanted to charge me for another salad, you should have told me that and make it clear on the bill as salad charge. They should not change the price different with menu. It was very unpleasant dinner at this place on my special night. If you like to enjoy authentic Korean dishes, go to Korean...

A truly satisfying, authentic and unique experience here at this sushi place, everything was amazing! I got the Unagi Bento Box, which had eel, deep fried melon, sweet potato, onion ring, a dumpling, one full California roll, and eel over rice with a seaweed salad and it was super filling. The sushi was flavorful, the eel was very rich, but not overpowering, the eel sauce on top was sweet with a true umami flavor, the meal came with a house salad with a very sweet dressing tasting similar to a mango sauce, it also came with miso soup which was very smooth. The quality of service was amazing, the waitress was very caring, respectful and helpful, the sushi master came up to us and asked us how the meal was and we thanked him a lot. All in all everything was amazing, satisfying and it brings true meaning to quality japanese food, it is about $20/person so a bit up there in price, but I promise you, it's very,...

Koji sushi was incredible!! Even though the place is on the smaller side it’s not cramped and they moved the tables at a good speed to get folks seated. The staff was all incredibly kind and helpful. Our table was always cleared of clutter or trash. The staff all worked together to make a great experience. The sushi was some of the best I have tried in Texas!!! I’m not joking - it was so good. I got two specialty rolls; one Koji fire roll, and the mango roll. The shape and size they make them is helpful for eating and the roll not falling apart. The flavors were incredible and fresh, no old or smelly fish taste, everything was crisp and with fresh fish. I can’t recommend this place enough, we came down from Fort Worth to buy a car and stopped in here to take a break from the process. You have to try it out!! We were so glad to stumble on such an incredible spot. Will return when we are back...

The last time I came here it was 15 minutes before they were going to close so I didn't get to buy anything. Today I finally came by and got two rolls one being salmon and the other yellowtail. They were really delicious and I had eel sauce with it. They gave me a complimentary roll and even though I do not like or partake in imitation crab this was a really delicious piece. It was covered in some sort of sauce very savory, it may have been peanut sauce with a little bit of soy sauce. Not too sure. The salad was a little too salty for my taste but it was nice on the side. I think that one was a ginger sauce. The ambiance was really nice and had a nice home feel to it. Everything is really fresh and cut to order. It is a little on the pricey side, but that is what you would expect for quality sushi. My order total came out to be a little over $16.

Update: I have been back to this location several times since my first review. The service here is what keeps me coming back (and the awesome sushi of course). It is obvious that the chef takes pride in his work and has even created rolls by special request for us. The servers are always friendly, and the value is really impressive here. I highly recommend the avocado bomb if you're looking for something wonderful to try. PS: no more sticky floors. ------------ My mom, my aunt and myself met here for a girls day lunch. They serve the best Miso soup I've ever had (I actually got some to go). The sushi was fresh and the servers were polite and helpful. We will definitely be visiting here again. PS: The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review were the very sticky floors. Maybe just a change in cleaning solution?
