Lately, things here have been taking a real dive in quality of service, as just recently a new person began working here, them being the first rude employee I've met since I moved up here 4 years ago... In addition to this, they ignore explicit state olcc law, not to mention the night employees in general would rather sit on their phone than assist w/anything whatsoever... Worst part about all this, is it would seem the main owner either condones it, or else his particular off-putting attitude caters to this flavor or behavior.. I understand the importance of backing/supporting your employees, as well as the establishment's overall integrity, but being messy when your affairs aren't even in check/order is a bit short-sighted if u ask me,...

I think the manager is kind of dumb. Not in an insulting way I mean literally dumb. She hardly holds a conversation let alone starts one. The lights are on but no one is home. She can't form a single opinion. The most conversation she has is saying thank you 3 times over in the same interaction.

The manager never talks to anybody. She's always on her phone and she never initiates contact with anyone. I honestly don't think she should be in customer service if she's not willing to...

Used to shop here every night for munchies. I was sold an expired soda and when I went in to return it Taya informed me she didn’t know how to do that and refused to call a supervisor, that I would have to wait for her manager that won’t be in for a few days. Called back and got Taya again who told me her manager wasn’t available . I could care less about the soda it’s the costumer service I received and the matter of fact.. do better for...
