Officially lost the last Dutch in town that’s convenient for me. Earlier this evening I pulled in and there were three cars ahead. The first two got their drinks right away, the next in front of me handed an empty Dutch cup and got her ice water in seconds, shared a snack with the employee and chatted for a few minutes as I’m getting very impatient at this point, and then they finally get done and she drives away. So I pull up to the window, honestly ready to drive away, and I order my regular. I then ask if they saw me waiting back there..and the student in purple that refused to give me her name said “yes..there’s a three minute wait time between costumers” and I said “well I didn’t see that lady order anything?” And she said “that was my coworker, she was getting water and collecting her tips” (with attitude) and I replied with “well some people are in a hurry and I find that very disrespectful to your customers time” and she then said “well if you were in a hurry you shouldn’t have come to a fast food chain” and to that I say, I will never be coming back to this Dutch bros, or any Dutch bros anymore. As when I asked for her name she said “I don’t have the give that to you” with a laugh to which I asked for her manager and she said his name is “JT Cruzer” and I asked how to get ahold of him and she smirked and said corporate. I’m a regular, and tip very well. But you lost my service with hiring a disrespectful teenager that doesn’t know the simple “costumers always right” shame on her. I loved this place. This completely ruined my day. Your morning shift is the best crew I’ve ever encountered here, but you lost me at no name brat. (They got my...
Read moreThis is going to be short and sweet. I have loved coffee before it was popular to love coffee. Dutch Brothers has the best tasting coffee (outside of Ethiopean coffee). When I say the best coffee I mean the coffee itself, not the sweet and creamy fun coffee drinks that the general population calls coffee but are really coffee-flavored milk shakes. Even to make those sweet drinks best, the coffee should be strong and have a good flavor. The process of how the beans are roasted, the source of the beans and all those details matter to every coffee drinker, but these things really matter more if you prefer coffee unadulterated by gaudy and desert-like distractions like I prefer coffee, smooth and dark with the kick of a race horse and just a touch of cream to make it graze into the stomach rather than give one heartburn. The coffee itself at Dutch Brothers has much less acid, very satisfying to the coffee lovers like me, and it the prices don't knife you in the back, another plus. Well, I guess this isn't going to be short and sweet after all because there are too many nice things to say about the Dutch. Go there. You will see why the long lines are...
Read moreHonestly, I had never been a fan of Dutch Bros, and only walked up to this one to request a large cup of hot water to make a cup of noodles with. The young man Zach who was working saw me wet and in the rain, at almost 10 pm. He gave me a cup of hot water. He also gave me a coffee, and a 10$ dutch bros gift card, a gift card I passed on to my 3 daughters to have coffee together with their mother. Zac changed my feelings about dutch bros and the young men and women who work there. And made 3 young ladies day a little better also. Thank you Zac for your awareness to my situation and acting instantly without concern for self, with such kindness. I recommend that if in the area of Albertsons and Roth's that you take the turn towards roth's and the dutch bros located in the front corner of the bi mart parking lot, and not the turn towards Albertsons and that other...
