Wish I could give less then one star. I used Aarons to purchase a TV after I heard from the sales people that it would help build my credit. I have ended up paying 3 times what the TV is valued at. I take some fault in being optimistic in that they wouldn't lie or doop me on purpose, but they do!! Horrible service, questions go unanswered, misinformation from one associate to the next. Made my final payment today and asked to be sent some kind of information that says my account is closed and paid in full and they refused. They said that it cost to much for postage. He even said "if we paid 50 cents for every closed account...", I cut him off and told him how much I spent on my TV!! No excuses. This place sucks. Horrible business practices. If its your only choice to have furniture or electronics... truly you can live without until you save and pay cash somewhere else. It doesn't help build your credit, mine wasn't even...

Well the products are ok but they say new and sometimes it's floor models. I have always paid my payments. I rented on 18 so I messed up and sometimes payments are late. Well my daughter rented from them after I told her so great stuff and employees. Well my daughter rented from them she lost her job couldn't make payment but since then the store in medford gas treated me badly. They have made me so upset that I've cried and I am making my payments but since she was unable to due to unemployment, I have been treated poorly the manager said to me since we lived in same house well you sat on couches therefore you should of paid. I am disabled. I am paying 80$ a month for Samsong washer and dryer only have like 7 payments left out of 24. Months. And I will never rent from Aaron's again thanks to Medford manager. I decided to purchase a bunk bed after seeing an advertisement in our local paper advertising the one I wanted. It was advertised on a 12 month contact for 99.99 a month. After waiting over 2 weeks for them to get one in stock they delivered a very used set. The previous owner had poked many holes in the wood frame with a thumb tack. Also the bottom drawer was broken. I was offered payments of 89.00 a month for 18 months. I accepted these terms as I am trying to build credit. What a mistake. They insisted that I was on a 24 month plan with payments of 89.00 a month. Even when I asked them about the newspaper advertisement I was told by the manager that I purchased it on credit and what did I expect. I expected them to follow the advertised price.
