I was promised free phones if we switched from our carrier to Boost. I wanted to keep my current phone number, but he said not to switch numbers right away because he wanted me to see if I liked the phone. Told me what the monthly charge would be and to come back in a month to switch to my number. When checking out.. the price was four times the monthly amount. I asked him why was the price so high. He said he was giving me a deal! One free month and yes.. the phones are gonna be free. My son looked at the deal and found I was paying for someone else's bill. I tried to return the phone and get my money back. I was told there are no refunds so I called the main Boost number and they told me I was scammed. Read more2 men working were incredibly rude and aggressive! Almost tripped over the cord that was running from inside the store to a car outfront that was charging! Safety hazard! And than instead of asking how much I wanted to pay on my bill he entered $30 and told me I HAD to pay that amount or else! I already had credit on my account from previous payment so I only owed $9.25. When i told them I don't have $30 and it was ridiculous the other guy working walked up in my face and threatened to suspend my account. He told me I had until the end of today to pay it or else. It was completely unnecessary! He was exceptionally courteous and helpful, even though I was horribly unprepared to switch service providers. As I struggled to verify all the correct information, he was exceptionally patient! I apologized numerous times for coming in so late. Each time, he reassured me that his main priority was setting me up with a new, working phone, and that I leave satisfied. When I said I could come back on a different day, at a better time, so he didn't have to help me after closing, he batted my worries away.
