MY husband and I went through the drive through at taco delight I ordered the only thing I ever get there A SUPER SOFT TACO long story short they got my order wrong and gave me a hard taco when my husband went in to get the order fixed they told him he would have to pay extra !!! He came out and got me and I went in and demanded my money back that they did give me BUT informed me that I ordered wrong I told them that it's HORRIBLE customer service to accuse the customer of ordering wrong and make them pay for there mistakes the large blonde I'm assuming was the manager told me over and over again how I was wrong and how they don't give away free food to people that order wrong and told me they have wonderful customer service I called her a few choice words and stormed out WE WILL NEVER BE BACK AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE WHAT HAPPENED THERE ALL OVER 60 CENTS NOT ALOT OF EXTRA TO PAY BUT ITS THE PRINCIPLE OF THE SITUATION BLAMING THE CUSTOMER GIVING MAJOR PUSH BACK OVER ONE ITEM I HAD BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AT TACO BELL!! Read moreThat was my first time eating there the burrito tasted also the meat was not real ground beef it's some type of meat something like Taco Bell ground beef it comes in bags and they stick it in some hot water and then pour inside their pans. My daughter got the chicken quesadillas and the chicken was like tofu it wasn't like real chicken I don't know what it was. So that was my first time going and it will definitely be the last. Today however we spent over $25 for it to be VERY WRONG. When calling to explain the issue and that it had been multiple times recently I was all but told that they didn't care.
