It is almost 100 degrees outside, so of course I stopped by to order a couple of Blizzards to take home. It was a long wait, there was a four car wait and one car took a while. That wasn't the issue. When I drove up to the window they handed me the Blizzards without turning them upside down, lids already in place. I was in a hurry at this point, so I didn't question it. When I got home, I had to promplty put BOTH BLIZZARDS IN THE FREEZER. They were literally just bits of candy floating in a melted mess. So, to the night crew on Biddle Road, evening of August 1st, blonde girl working the window, use your head next time. I can only assume you made my blizzards too early and they sat next to the hot window for almost ten minutes before I recieved them. Maybe try being honest and remake them if they've melted. THAT'S customer service.
Will NEVER take a Blizzard without watching them turn it upside down again. Seriously, it's been half an hour and my Blizzard sitting in the freezer is STILL soupy it melted so bad.
Side note: I am exactly two minutes from my house when driving in heavy traffic at this location, this wasn't a case of it...
Read moreI ordered through DoorDash. I was given the wrong blizzard. I ordered dairy. Queen had my receipt and has what I ordered and they gave me the wrong one when I called to speak to the manager. She was very rude and she told me that I had to go through DoorDash, which no once they deliver the food that's it. So I don't kn, I told her that she are the restaurant is when that prepared my food and they gave me the wrong wizard, she was very rude and said that we did not give you the wrong blizzard, if we did, what would we get out of it? I was like I'm just telling you you gave me the wrong blizzard, and I want it correct it. And she's like, well, I've got too much stuff to do right now, and I'm not gonna deal with this right now. I'm a customer.I'm a paying customer i eat it Dairy Queen a lot because that's what my granddaughter likes but I am not going to eat there anymore. The manager should have never spoke to me like that. She should have been apologetic and said that she would correct the problem. But instead, I made it out to sound like I was lying. I want. Something done about that manager at the dairy queen on morrow street...
Read moreMade specific order details, like extra pickles, and when i said i needed crispy fries due to a medical condition i was laughed at by someone in the background, and capachino heath blizard, which what they gave me was an oreo blizard. I received no extra pickles, soft fries, and wrong blizzard. I even asked the cashier when i handed her my payment if she noted my requests. She affirmed that they all overheard my order as i ordered it over the drive through speaker. My question is, why was my order wrong then? I was given the blizzard first and noticed it was wrong so i asked for it to be made correctly. I received an attitude and they said "oh my god!" and closed the cashier window. What does it take to get an order made to order? I aint going to Burger King! lol. This is crazy. I now dont like any of the DQ restauants because of the treatment i receive on a special request like, making the order the way it was ordered. Afterall, the person taking the order says, "Welcome, what can i get for you?" ..... HOW ABOUT MY ORDER AS ORDERED!...
