Mr. Pho Asian Fusion — Restaurant in Medford

Tried this spot shortly after it opened and loved it. Ordered the combination pho and everything was delicious. Plenty of ingredients at the table to add in and get the flavor you like. Ordered some pho to go a few weeks later, and the experience was much different. Ordered a couple of pho soups and they combined all of the vegetable/herb add ins into one Ziploc bag. Found a couple of sauces in the bottom of the bag and that was it. As my expectation was that the to go experience would be somewhat similar to the dine in order, and I was a little disappointed. In all fairness, I did not give them them the opportunity as I could have asked more questions. All in all, I will be back to dine in as the food...

The food was delicious. So happy to finally have some decent pho locally. Only reason why I didn’t give a full 5 stars, is because one of the other dishes I ordered came out as a completely different noodle dish, and at that point I didn’t feel like waiting for another dish to be made (it was still good though). I also was very excited to get some fresh spring rolls, as I saw on a photo of the menu online that they had some, but when arrived, the menu no longer offered them. Welcoming restaurant, lovely wait staff, and delicious food; I am so glad we went! The pho broth is very light and still filling, toppings provided on the side so you can choose to add Thai basil, jalapeño, or bean sprouts. Chili oil looked house made, and had a good flavor while not being too spicy. All veggies were fresh and tasty. I was so ready to try their menu that I forgot to take pictures!
