Again, would be 0 stars if it were possible. The associate was pushy and made me so uncomfortable. She told me pants that CLEARLY were TOO small looked "GREAT!" (Even though I had a muffin top you could see from a mile away) When I pointed out my bulging skin (in which I am VERY comfortable in- I love my size, the pants were just not the right size) she continued to tell me they looked cute and she didn't know what I was talking about... UUH, are you BLIND?! I am pretty sure your associates work on commission and it was made pretty clear to me that day. I don't mind spending $100+ on a nice pair of jeans, as long as they FIT.

Finally, after getting so anxious due to all the pressure and her constantly bringing me too small items, I basically RAN out of the store. I even so much as crossed to the other side of the mall when I had to walk back to get to my car.

So, I needed a winter HAT, not a beanie, or a baseball cap, nor a knitted cap, but a HAT with a brim for a 5'2" person. I dragged myself ALL over Ashland, thinking I should be able to buy a hat there, but NONE of them fit and the prices, ouch la la !$! So then I went to both Macy's, nope, not even Pendleton! I was on my LONG way, exhausted, to Kohl's when I saw HATS in the window of Buckle. They were also too large. I had one in my hand and asked an employee if I could order a small. I had read it was adjustable, but I didn't know how this worked. It turns out this was Derek, the manager. He looked at my capped head. reached beneath the inside of the hat and made a quick velcro adjustment and it fit, perfectly! I immediately had my perfectly fitting hat for winter! Thanks...
