Walked into Diamond Audio regarding an automatic start. The young kids at the front desk was brisk and very rude. He said that since we didn't buy it through them so they wanted nothing to do it. I understand that they did not sell it to us, however no one in town did because we moved here from Alaska. There was no need for them to be rude and refuse service... When we went to the parking lot, one of the employees was in a customers truck with their door wide open touching our passenger door. I was standing on the curb waiting patiently while the driver started his car (keep in mind we had a record high of 107 degrees). The employee continued to have to door open and didn't bother to budge. My driver then rolled down the window and asked him to close the door a little so he could back out. He got defensive and said "you don't have to be a dick". In my personal opinion that if very unprofessional and rude. You should never talk to an individual in the manner. I couldn't believe the quality of care we didn't receive. I would never recommend or suggest going to...
Read moreWent into the shop for a new head unit, sub, amp and back up camera. I was extremely disappointed in what seemed lack of knowledge of equipment, was told to do my own research. Only solid answer or feedback I could get was what amp to get for the set up I was wanting. Very disappointing that I couldnt even get a straight answer when it came to get a quote, and was given off the cuff amounts that kept changing. No hourly rate, just flat rate for each item...with a range of price but couldnt quote an exact figure, just a ball park figure.. For example..was told if i brought in a head unit and back up camera after i did my research, and purchased the items (cause they dont have what i was wanting- which was not the issue) he would charge 250-300... i said whats the hourly rate for installations he said about that much. Just a bit wishy washy and i proceeded to ask for a quote that could be referenced (printed or written down) and some guidance from the shop worker(s) on which products that could be recommended. Sadly would not recommend...
Read moreWe recently went to get and IID installed into one of my clients cars and it was a terrible experience. We were taken into a back space of the store to watch the video on a very outdated TV, after such we handed the employee the keys and a credit card at 9:00 AM, and was told that it would take three hours and they would call us when it was ready. After around four hours we had called and asked the time frame in which we could pick the car up and the man rudely told us it would take them until 5:00pm to finish getting it installed, without further explanation as to why it would take much longer than previously described. So, a job that originally was supposed to take three hours ended up taking eight and we were given a rude tone and a disrespectful employee. If you are thinking about getting an Ignition Interlock Device installed into your car here, try looking...
