Worst experience I have had since I have been shopping at this store. My daughter and I have shopped here since 2012 and normally have a great experience and leave smiling. Today was different. We were not greeted upon entering the store and once we made it to the counter the young lady asked for our rewards number and while I was trying to give her the number that I thought it was under she cut me off and told me just sign up for another one and that it was free. I wasn’t looking for anything free I was just trying to figure out my rewards number. Once we got pass that part she started to ring up our items then deleted it then rung it up again and the whole process got confusing so I was asking her questions and an older lady(I guess she was the manager but she did not introduce herself) came over and started yelling/elevating her voice at me repeating the same thing the girl said. I was going to leave the store without making a purchase until a very kind and pleasant employee Gigia turned around and offered to help us. Read moreVery disappointed in the customer service with the new owner, Jan of this Hallmark store. I have frequented Amy's Hallmark for over 20 years. I called this store on June 30th to make an additional Willow nativity purchase. I had been in the store the day before and purchased several Nativity pieces and decided to make an additional purchase. When I called the store on Monday to place the order for pick up, the clerk said the store manager would not honor the 20% coupon. The manager told the clerk that I had to physically come in person to use the coupon. Interesting that the Hallmark website would honor the coupon, but the store would not honor it. I told the clerk I was on my way to make the purchase ( the Willow item was not on the corporate site) and would like to speak to the manager myself. Conveniently the store manager was "in the back and on a phone call" according to the clerk.
