I recently visited this secondhand clothing store and, unfortunately, had a pretty underwhelming experience. The selection was extremely overcrowded — racks were packed so tightly that browsing felt more like a chore than a casual shopping trip. It was difficult to look through items without pulling half the rack off with them.
The staff was only semi-helpful. While they weren't rude, they seemed disinterested and didn't go out of their way to assist. When I went to pay, I was surprised to find that they now require an I.D. for debit card purchases. This policy was never communicated beforehand, and it felt unnecessarily rigid, especially since it's not a common practice at most retail stores.
To top it off, they didn’t offer a bag for my purchase. When I asked for one, the cashier simply said, “We don’t have any,” without offering any alternative or even an apology. I had to carry everything out by hand, which added to an overall feeling of disorganization and poor customer service.
I want to support local and sustainable fashion, but this visit left a lot to be desired. Hopefully they make some improvements, because right now it’s not a place I’d recommend...

Read moreTerrible experience. :( I love shopping here but I'm really disappointed, think before you try to sell here if you don't want a bad experience. I brought a lot of clothes and some that they were supposed to be asking for although they only chose like 5 things, it's funny because many times they have in stock clothes in worse condition than what I brought, anyways I didn't have problem with that and I agreed to sell them, the disappointing thing about the situation was that they offered me an amount of money and asked me to come back the next day for it because there was a problem with the register,so they not only even made me come back the next day.. the worst about the situation the stuff that they were supposed to keep and they accepted the day before.. they returned almost everything to me, they only kept one thing and only gave me less than $5, It wasn't the deal we made the day before, that is not the amount they promised me the day before. It was unprofessional and not...
