This use to be a fine establishment, and their selection is very nice. They're staff is friendly enough and will always be happy to assist you in locating what ever you're seeking.

My low review is based upon a series of disappointments in learning this business has joined the group of spirit stores gouging the customer for difficult to procure bourbons and rye whiskeys. I do not begrudge a business owner making a healthy profit selling their products. It is a costly and risky thing to run a business and employ other people. However, I am disappointed by the local stores that markup spirits by insane percentages over what they pay to make a quick buck off the impatient or less savvy buyer. Charging multiple hundreds of dollars over and above what they paid is disappointing and disheartening. Those prices can be found on the reseller groups for collectors and to some may be worth the markup charge by collectors. But this is a store with a state/local license and privileged system to purchase from wholesale distributors to sell at retail. There is completion in this area that have the same bottles, that paid the same price (or offered the same deals), for hundreds of dollars less.

It is disappointing to see a small business operated in such a manner, especially one that is an otherwise fine business. I felt compelled to share that this business operated in such a manner as I believe the client should be aware.

I have taken my business elsewhere, where more honest or friendly pricing can readily be found. Nothing personal against these otherwise kind and helpful people. They are local and family owned and operated. It is, after all,...

This place has the best prices that I've found for 1.75L bottles of Liquor.. Example: Three Olives Vodka at Wayne's $18.99..Three Olives at the Liquor Store a mile and a half down the street $23.99..When it comes to saving $1.00 or so I really don't care to drive out of my way but hell a $5.00 difference is worth it I think..Of course the employees at the liquor store a mile and a half down the street from Wayne's are definitely more friendly but they're just more expensive...

They had what we wanted, but they seemed put off in some way. We walked in saying Happy Holidays, we even left with a positive attitude, and they seemed like they were waiting to see us leave instead of being polite. Quiet and short talking, if that, to us. Might go again, but giving a bad rating for now. Maybe they were having a bad afternoon or something. Still, no need to have a customer feeling that way. I went with a veteran that showed...
