Honestly if I could go lower than one star I would but unfortunately they still won’t let us do that on these apps.

Walked in the store to simply buy a drink. Said hello, to no response. The woman behind the counter was ignorant, talked in a very condescending sarcastic tone all while saying “thank you “ like she was mad at me or something.

I handed her the money, she threw my change on the counter and walk away and out of the store. I shouldn’t have to be disrespected for no good reason other than me just trying to make a purchase.

I usually don’t write reviews but the level of ignorance I experienced from this establishment was so bad I literally had to stop and sit in the food court the write this review before I continued shopping.

That’s how annoyed I am. I hope the store gets shut down honestly. They don’t...

I had ordered the spam misubi and when i had gotten into the car to take a bite it tasted really weird and smelt horrible, but i didn’t think anything of it. It had this really weird sticky and almost slimy texture which isn’t normal since i make it all the time and is never like this. I decided to still eat it because whenever i buy from here the food is good and ive never bought anything rotten or expired. I ended up getting only to the middle until i realized it was completely rotten. The seaweed was all wet, the rice was slimy, and the spam was okay but underneath the spam layer was all this mold and rot and i ended up throwing up for an hour the next day due to this. This place is the go to place at Great Lakes mall! I can recommend the hello panda brand for quick grab n go snacks good for walking around the mall, their sweet cakes in the front coolers are amazing so fresh and delicious, I’ve tried their hot rice items and they are surprisingly very tasty and they have a few options like crab, tuna or salmon. They have so many boba options literally anyone can find a delicious drink! A lot of them have different flavor options, they do offer some drinks with ceremonial matcha which looked amazing (I’m personally going to try that next!), lemonades are available as well. Next time you’re there walking around grab something to try, I’m sure you will love it so much you’ll keep...
