IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! My experience at the store was absolutely horrible. i walked into the store to be, not greeted, but stared at by the sales associates who were laughing at their cell phones. i was not asked once if i needed help finding anything or needed any shoes (i stared at the shoe wall for about 7 minutes and no associate came to assist me). i needed to try on clothes, but i couldnât enter the fitting room without the assistance of an associate, who were nowhere to be found. on another note, the store is dirty, it looks like it needs a good sweeping and dusting. i went to the register to pay for my item, and was completely disregarded by the cashiers. when one finally came over to help me; she didnât speak to me once. i had my receipt thrown at me and i left the store. i later called the store and asked to speak to a manager, who hung up the phone on me after telling me that âher store would never be run in such a wayâ. this store has horrible customer service and definitely needs...

I walk up to the counter and the one young lady who wasnât eating walked up just staring . Neither one greeted me and asked how could they help. I said Hi , Iâm here for a refund. She responded , you want a credit or exchange? I said , so no refund? Just give me a store credit! She proceeded with the transaction, grab the gift card did whatever she was doing. Then when she was thru without saying anything started to hand me the gift card. I said , how much was the credit for??????? Then she told me, handed me the receipt mumbling. POOR customer service !!!! Also, even though I seen the sign today it should be communicated that there are no refunds. Returned clothes because they didnât fit , seeing I couldnât try them on because the dressing room was closed yesterday I tried them on at home. The workers need to do better ! I DO LOVE THEIR...
   Read moreMy ten-year daughter went here with her allowance. She saw a two-piece outfit on a hanger (one hanger). One tag said 8 dollars for the shirt, and the pants on the hanger had no price. She thought it was $8. She went to the register and paid $17 for it. She approached me (by the door entrance) and said, "Mom, I thought it was 8 dollars". I suggested asking for a refund. I'm sure they will be flexible about a 10-year-old who made a mistake and wants to refund it 5 minutes later.
