Update on 4/9/25: After few negative experiences and empty promises, I decided to change my review about this jewelry store. At first, everything seemed fine. The store owner would accept any request we made regarding stone setting. I even left him a few gemstones so that he could order and try setting them on rings for me. He would accept every request I asked. His answer was "I will check with the vendors and give you a call next week." Few weeks went by, no call. The only thing he miraculously accomplished was resizing my mother's rings.

Before Christmas, my husband bought a ring from him as Christmas present for me. It was also a miracle that the ring was ready before Christmas for my husband. The ring turned out to be too big for me. We brought the ring back to him to resize in January. Of course, as always, he would say "Sure, I will do it. I will give you a call when I finish." At that point, my gemstones that I left for him were still untouched. About 2 months later, I came back to the store to demand my ring and gemstones back. The owner was on a cruise trip and his son was watching the store. His son was so clueless of his father's business that he didn't know which products to give me. Of course, my ring was not resized. I managed to take most of my stuff back except my mother's gemstone.

We decided to bring the ring to another jewelry store in Great Lake Mall just to find out that it is impossible to resize the ring. The Jacqueline store owner probably knew it but decided to hold on to the ring without telling us the truth. He also did not disclose to my husband that the stone is a lab-grown stone. My husband and I ended up trading in the ring for another smaller ring and paying more of course. This store does not deserve even one star.
